Springfield Firefighter Graduates from Philadelphia FD 177th Cadet Class
Springfield Fire Company congratulates Philadelphia Fire Department Firefighter/EMT Michael Hope on his recent graduation from the Philadelphia Fire Academy on October 17th, 2003. Firefighter Hope graduated second in his class of 77 cadets. Firefighter Hope has been assigned to Engine 14 in the Frankford section of Northeast Philadelphia.
Firefighter/EMT Michael Hope started his career in the Philadelphia Fire Department on Monday, June 30th. Michael is following in his father's footsteps in the Philadelphia Fire Department, his father retired from PFD in 1989 after 26 years of service.
The members of Springfield Fire Company wish Michael the very best with his new career in the Philadelphia Fire Department.
