Car Fire Fully Involved on West Woodland Avenue
Springfield Fire Company was dispatched on Friday, May 2nd, at 13:33 hours for a Vehicle Fire on West Woodland Avenue at Spring Valley Road.
TAC 44 arrived on the scene with a vehicle fire well involved and went into service with an 1 3/4" hose line. Firefighters quickly controlled the vehicle fire. Firefighters from Engine 44-2 assisted the crew from TAC 44.
Firefighters remained on the scene until 14:05 hours.
Units operating on the scene were: TAC 44, Engine 44-2, Ambulance 44-7, Springfield Police and Fire Police.
