Vehicle Strikes Utility Pole
Springfield Fire Company was dispatched on Thursday, April 24th, at 02:27 hours to Hillview Road and Hawarden Road for a Motor Vehicle Accident. Chief 44-9B and Springfield Police arrived on the scene with one vehicle overturned and a Utility Pole down on a parked car.
TAC 44 arrived on the scene and secured the area for EMS personnel from Ambulance 44-7 and Medic 106 (Springfield Hospital). One person from the vehicle was transported to Springfield Hospital.
TAC 44 stood by the scene until PECO arrived and cleared the area.
Firefighters remained on the scene until 03:27 hours.
Units operating on the scene were: TAC 44 , Ambulance 44-7, Medic 106 and Springfield Police.
