Firefighters Quickly Control Automobile Fire
Springfield Fire Company was dispatched on Thursday, April 3rd, at 15:31 hours to West Rolling Road and Eagle Road for a Vehicle Fire. Upon arrival of Springfield Police, the vehicle was heavily involved in fire.
TAC 44 arrived on the scene and went into service with the front 1 3/4" hoseline. Firefighters quickly controlled the vehicle fire. The vehicle was a total loss.
Firefighters remained on the scene until 16:01 hours.
Units operating on the scene were: TAC 44, Ambulance 44-7, Springfield Police and Fire Police.
