Early Morning Car Fire
Springfield Fire Company was dispatched on Tuesday, October 15th, at 05:39 hours for a Car Fire in the Parking Lot at 910 East Woodland Avenue, LA Fitness Center. Springfield PD arrived on scene with a vehicle well involved in fire in the rear parking lot.
Tac 44 arrived on scene and went into service with an 1 3/4" hoseline. The fire was quickly controlled and no other vehicles in the parking lot area were damaged.
Firefighters remained on the scene until 06:19 hours.
Units operating on the scene were: TAC 44, Ambulance 44-7, and Springfield Police.
