First arriving units from Co. 03 had heavy fire conditions on the first floor of a two story converted apartment house.  Firefighters from Quint 03 made an aggressive interior attack on the fire while receiving reports of possible entrapment.

The fire was quickly brought under control.   Firefighters from Co. 44, Co. 74 and Co. 19 assisted with a primary search of the building that determined that all residents were out of the apartments.  Firefighters also assisted with ventilation of the structure and checking for any fire extension.
