The number to dial to report an emergency in Springfield Township is 911.

 

What does the number 44 stand for on all Springfield Fire Company apparatus?

The number 44 was assigned by the Delaware County Fireman's Association to the Springfield Fire Company to represent the order in which the Company joined the Delaware County Fireman's Association.   The Springfield Fire Company was the 44th Company to join the Association.    

 

When is the best time to visit the Springfield Fire Company's Station?

The best time to visit the firehouse and see the apparatus and station is on Tuesday or Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings.  The Members of Springfield Fire Company have Training Sessions on the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th Tuesday of each month starting at 7:00pm and have weekly Work Sessions on Thursday evening at 7:00pm and Saturday mornings at 9:30am.  The Members would be happy to show you around the station and the apparatus and answer any other questions.
