Dwelling Fire on Gleaves Road
The Springfield Fire Company was dispatched for a Dwelling Fire in the 200 Block of Gleaves Road at 1808 hours on Tuesday, September 28th.  Chief 44-9B arrived on location to report light smoke in the dwelling.  Firefighters from Engine 44-1 and Tower 44 investigated and ventilated the building.  The cause was a burning dryer motor.  Company 44 returned to sevice at 1838 hours.
