A Busy Thanksgiving for Company 44
     On Thursday, November 24th, Thanksgiving Day, Springfield Fire Company was dispatched to several incidents throughout the course of the day, including a Motor Vehicle Accident located at Springfield Road and the Septa Trolley Line.  Springfield Police arrived on scene and reported 1 vehicle into a bolder and hanging on a fence.  Upon arrival of Chief 44-9A, the victim had already been removed from the vehicle.  Firefighters from Squad 44 assisted Medic 106 with the injured driver while Firefighters from Rescue 44, Utility 44, and Engine 44-4 stabilized the vehicle and secured all hazards.
