Company Responds to MVA with Injuries
On Saturday, October 9th at 1455 hours, Springfield Fire Company was dispatched to North State Road (Route 1) and North Rolling Road for a Motor Vehicle Accident with Injuries. Chief 44-9B (Huczko) arrived on location and found a two vehicle accident with three injuries. Crews from Squad 44 checked vehicles, secured hazards and assisted EMS personnel. Crews remained on scene till 1540 hours.
Units operating on the scene were: Squad 44, Ambulance 44-7, Ambulance 53-7, Medic 53, Ambulance 23-7, Medic 23, Springfield Police and Springfield Fire Police.
