MVA 400 Block of East Thomson Avenue

| Springfield Fire Company was dispatched to the 400 block of East Thomson Avenue on Tuesday, January 17th, 1540 hours. Springfield PD arrived on scene and reported a vehicle off the road and into a tree.
Firefighters from Squad 44 stabilized the vehicle and removed tree branches to allow EMS personnel better access the patient. Firefighters from also assisted EMS personnel from Medic 106 (Springfield Hospital) and Ambulance 14-7 (Swarthmore) with removing the patient from the vehicle and carrying them to the ambulance.
Units operating on the scene were: Squad 44, Medic 106, Ambulance 14-7, Springfield Police and Fire Police.
